Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Remove plastic wrap
Place pizza with baking tray on the center rack of oven
Check pizza after about ten minutes, if any large bubbles appear, puncture with a fork
Average baking time is about 12-18 minutes. Times may vary, every oven bakes a little differently. The pizza is done when the crest is golden brown and the cheese is melted.

Because we put on a lot of quality toppings dab excess liquid off with 2 flat paper towels.
Best results are achieved when the pizza is baked fresh.

Helpful Hints:
Bake only one pizza at a time
Rotate pizza a 1/2 turn during baking may result in more even browning
IF pizza was refrigerated, remove from refrigerator 30 minutes prior to baking
At the restaurant we brush oliv oil on the crust and sprinkle oregano on top.
